Case Study – Exterior Renovation & Landscape Design

Mandate

Redesign the home’s exterior: new cladding (walls, flooring, soffit, fascia), replacement of windows and front door, redesign of the entrance and driveway, addition of a rear staircase, and planning of outdoor entertainment areas.

Challenge

The property featured an outdated façade, worn finishes, and a backyard that lacked functional and inviting spaces.

Intervention

The front façade was upgraded with stone and wood cladding, a redesigned entryway with a metal-roofed porch, and a refreshed driveway with modern pavers. At the rear, a glass staircase connects the levels to a redesigned yard including a pergola, spa and sauna area, lounge and dining spaces, and colorful flower beds.

Result

The residence now showcases a modern, elegant façade, while the backyard has been transformed into a complete outdoor living space dedicated to relaxation and entertainment.
